I was told once that we are all born into boxes
Each decorated to distract
To the point of not even noticing we are in them
It was hard to believe at first
Until I began to see cracks in the corners
Accepting the possibility, I stepped out for the first time
Took a look from the outside
And some days I wish I would have never left that blissful ignorance
It seems impossible to shove myself back in
Now that I know it was just a box

Maybe now that you know, you can create the box you like best, or bounce from box to box as the moment asks. I also look at it as wearing masks. So many lovely masks! I plan on trying them all on! ❤️
